About Me
Laurie is of Native American heritage; she is part Oglala Lakota, Salt River Pima, and Navajo. She is a very active and proud community member within her heritage which she embraces in her everyday life.
Laurie learned early on that her life differed greatly from others. Two notable and specific memories paint that picture with precision:
At a very young age Laurie has clear memories of walking hand in hand with Jesus childishly chattering away. This quickly became a dismissal of reality as it was deemed that little Laurie had imaginary friends.
Later, as a preteen, she received a spiritual visit from her Grandmother while sleeping. Upon awaking she expressed her condolences to her parents only to be met with a harsh reprimand. Hours later the family received the call informing them of her Grandmother’s passing during the night.
These notably complicated memories left a lasting impression of the importance of remaining silent about spiritual insight and knowledge. This changed decades later when Laurie dusted off her gifts as a means to find closure over the tragic death of her brother from a car accident. With the gifts of her mediumship she was able to reunite with her brother on the other side and find the peace she needed to heal.
This shift became the catalyst for Laurie to begin providing readings for others who also were seeking closure and inner peace.
