Every session is unique unto itself. Our loved ones want us to stay connected and they very often let us know this very clearly when they show up.

What often gets misinterpreted through television and movies is that they do not give us direction; they aren’t connecting for that purpose. They will, however, support us, love us, and show us themselves. Direction and choosing is up to us; it is our lives’ work, not theirs to continue for us.
